This listing is for a signed 11x14 Photo by GEORGE MENDONSA and GRETA FRIEDMAN who were the Sailor and Nurse depicted in one of the most famous photographs in history, taken in Times Square on August 14, 1945 when it was announced that Japan had surrendered, ending World War II. Greta passed away in 2016. You KNOW this one is real. This photo has been certified by PSA/DNA, the premier autograph authentication company in the world.
